They went far and beyond to help customer like myself will not be using any other store apart from this one because these two boys are one and in a million Big, thank you again with a big five star happy customer

Visited tuggerah store this week in search of a pressure washer. Was served by Aaron. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase. Even carried it out to my vehicle..ten out of ten Aaron for customer service

Absolute legends! I went in today to try to get a couple of batteries for my son’s welding helmet. They didn’t have what I needed in stock and advised on where I could get them. When I return to asking if they would help to install the batteries, the customer service team went above and beyond to help and never gave up until they figured it out which was not easy for any of us. Highly recommend this establishment and their exceptional customer service skills!

The young fella that served me deserves a pat on the back. He told me that he was fresh out school and didn't really know a lot about tools. I admired his honesty and that he didn't try and pretend to know everything. He even asked what the spring loaded centre punch I was buying was for, how you use it and what it allowed you to do. You'll go a long way young man with your open and honest personality and ability to ask questions of some you meet only a minute earlier.

I went to their Website to search for a product, which they stocked however website said stock low call to check before ordering for pickup. At 07.00 hrs I rang and spoke to Sterling, who went and physically checked the item was available, took my verbal order and reserved the item and put it aside for me. 08.00 I walked in, paid cash and walked out, blissfully happy. Great Store, employing competent intelligent staff like Sterling, everything you could ask for really.

I’ve bought a few items here and found the guys here to be a few steps up from Bunnings. I recently purchased a pressure washer here. It failed pretty quickly, 10 hours or less… I was pretty p’d off!!! I was told the item had to be assessed prior to a replacement being issued. Reluctantly I accepted a 24 hour wait. True to their word, I picked up a new machine. I hold off on reviewing the product but credit to the manager and his team, they provided me sound level of service. 🤜🤛
